"Going offshore" is not for everybody. There are both costs and risks involved, and it is very hard to find diligent information about it because nobody wants to advertise the truth! The reason is that the benefits are too big - and your government does everything it can to fight it, with both legal and illegal means.

Special emphasis will be given to the legality of the set-up and of your use of offshore entities; why your government does not like that you do it; why you do not need the government's approval for doing it; and how you stay off the path of crime....

We will cover the following topics:

• Privacy - and how you stop your government's insane snooping into your private affairs.... If you have no privacy, a powerful enemy can make you do anything he wants. Privacy is the very foundation of freedom.

• Liability and ownership - why owning something does not give you control over it... Contrary to public education and belief, ownership gives the government control, not you!

• The reality of tax havens - what you can achieve by "going offshore":

  • Complete anonymity and privacy
  • Freedom from taxation of all kinds - even financial reporting!
  • Control without ownership

• What your government can and will do to stop you... You need to understand what legal tools the government has available to use against you, when you start a course of "civil disobedience" - which is what the government will see when you "go offshore" and withdraw serious assets and income streams from its tax base.

• How you can avoid being controlled by your government. The simple rule is that you want to use the legislation of other countries as basis of your wealth and financial management - but you need to do it in such a way that you do not create such conflicts between yourself and your government which you could risk losing.

• How you get more information.

You need to understand that, almost no matter where you live, your government will hate to see you escape its control... So, if you feel you need your government's approval or blessings for "going offshore", forget it - and pay your taxes! This is not about what your government wants - but about what you want - and can accomplish without committing any crimes your government can nail you on.

Remember, you have powerful opponents that are ready to crush you anytime you make an error - and you need to know how to organize your life and your relationship with those offshore entities so that you achieve your objectives without breaking any laws or ending up creating trouble for yourself. It is like driving a car - without learning to do it right, you could be extremely dangerous on the road - and it would be costly when you got stopped by the police...

This webinar is scheduled to last about 2 hours, but questions from the audience could make it go closer to 3 hours.
